While offering a whole host of Pilates and yoga classes, all was not well with Scarborough wellness destination The Hundred Pilates Collective. Their online chakra was blocked.

It was time to realign their social media strategy with their brand essence. Time to move away from focusing on promotions. Time to embrace a diverse, holistic approach. Time to create a brighter, more dynamic and accessible online presence that fosters broader, deeper engagement.

First, we established content pillars – a framework for delving deeper into topics with broader appeal. We then developed a more balanced, dynamic content calendar: instructional routines, event posts, behind-the-scenes (BTS) glimpses, food inspo, wellness tips and user-generated content.

Within this, we leveraged localised hashtags and location tags, while actively engaging online with Scarborough’s community and health and wellness enthusiasts. This not only strengthened local connections and relationships but also positioned The Hundred as the ultimate local wellness destination.

Breathing new life into The Hundred’s paid strategy.

When we took over The Hundred’s social media management, all their digital assets were set up under their previous agency’s accounts. This meant The Hundred team couldn’t access the assets or any past data.

Not ideal. But not dissuaded, we set about recreating, merging and streamlining these assets under The Hundred’s ownership.

Within six weeks, we matched the previous level of leads, with a lower cost-per-action (CPA). We then developed a multi-platform paid advertising strategy to reduce CPA further and attract higher-quality leads. The results are impressive:

  • Doubled organic impressions on Instagram in the first month
  • Doubled engagement on Instagram within ten months
  • 120% increase in business address taps
  • 169% increase in external link taps on Instagram/Facebook stories
  • 33% rise in profile visits
