Understanding and capturing the essence of Silver Sponge involved deep dives into the owner’s vision. Through intensive interviews, we unearthed what truly differentiated Silver Sponge in a crowded market.
From this groundwork, we crafted new web content, with a sharp focus on brand ethos, unique selling propositions and SEO.
But the site needed a visual overhaul too. So, our team coordinated a detailed photoshoot, spotlighting real hand car wash scenarios. By shedding the inauthenticity of stock photos and introducing genuine, relatable visuals, we were able to bring Silver Sponge’s brand promise the life.
With our content, imagery and design on point, we then embarked on the web development journey: seamlessly integrating an e-commerce solution synced with an offline POS system, spanning Silver Sponge’s impressive network of 26 locations across Perth.

With Silver Sponge sites in numerous shopping centres, we needed a cohesive strategy that would harness the power of each individual location, while unifying them under one brand umbrella.
This meant working with Silver Sponge’s marketing managers to ensure we were able to leverage every marketing local initiative.
Similarly, there were disparate social profiles. We consolidated everything, introducing a fresh, consistent content strategy, with new visuals and topical short-form videos.
We also worked with Silver Sponge to curate an email database, paving the way for email campaigns, while deploying a smart SEO strategy to ensure more customers find Silver Sponge online.
