Taking a logo and building a brand.

When we were engaged by the Real IQ team to build their new website, it’s fair to say the property start-up was really just an idea and a brand identity. A great team and a logo.

Little wonder then, once our clients found out about our property-sector experience, our remit expanded to include developing the brand and all the messaging, comms and collateral needed for the business to thrive.

And we mean everything, right down to preparing investment briefs, investment outlines, project overviews, project branding and marketing, information memorandums and offer summary documentation.

We used the website project as a way of developing the Real IQ brand.

In designing the site and creating a sophisticated look for the brand, we fleshed out the brand’s visual language. Likewise, in crafting the copy we were able to nail down Real IQ’s ‘why’, value propositions, points of difference and story.

As we worked through the service offerings for the website, it even helped shape the business’s structure – shifting our focus to the consumer facilitated a strategic shift from services to solutions.

From brand development to property developments.

With the new Real IQ website launched, we were engaged as the company’s full-service marketing consultancy. We started by updating their stationery and bringing it all in line with the contemporary look and language we’d established with the website. Since then, we’ve been overseeing Real IQs investor relations, taking care of much of the nitty-gritty research and groundwork investor comms requires. And we’re developing a host of property development project brands and marketing.
