Constructing a new brand from the ground up.

Purchasing property is one of the biggest decisions anyone can make. It’s a leap of faith. And so, with a lot of negative sentiment around property developers (following several high-profile insolvencies), the new Boston Living brand had to inspire trust at first sight.

They had a new project in the pipeline. The clock was ticking. We got to work creating a new brand identity, tagline, collateral and landing page.

The blueprint for a perfectly balanced logo.

Simple yet memorable, the stylised brand mark employs architectural design elements to reveal both a ‘B’ and an ‘L’.

It’s an icon that immediately communicates a sense of solidity, with the carefully chosen hue of deep blue (reliability, professionalism) and its lighter counterpart (modernity, versatility) augmenting that sense of strength.

Similarly, our choice of a unique sans-serif font for ‘Boston’ acts as a fluid, contemporary foil for the italicised serif font for ‘living’ that provides a luxurious undertone. Again, finding the perfect balance.
