Avacare Australia’s brand needed some care.

Avacare Health Group has long had a strong presence in Africa, where the business started, but it wasn’t translating in Australia.

That’s why Avacare Australia asked us to help. They engaged us to build their profile and help their team position Avacare as a key player in the medical and pharmaceutical space in Australia.

It was a big, diverse challenge ranging from working with the Australian sales team on new marketing collateral for a growing range of products to kickstarting the brand’s Australian socials and industry awareness.

But there was a problem. There was a lack of clarity and understanding about Avacare’s purpose in the Australian market.

And so, we collaborated with key stakeholders across the business to establish some core messaging – a purpose and promise for the Australian market that was aligned with the group’s broader global vision and values.

Avacare’s product range is growing rapidly, so we’ve had to work just as fast to develop the marketing collateral and assets the sales team needs to get out there and support customers.

From product information to photography, from print to social media where we’re connecting with manufacturers to create positive brand associations, it has been a whirlwind project. And it’s still going.

In addition to an ever-growing range of marketing materials, we’ve developed a new website for Avacare’s Australian arm. The new site reflects the fast-moving, innovative nature of the business, with a CMS that enables the local team to update product information and the online shop immediately.
